Our team brings 75+ years of experience across law, professional services and AI.
We came together because we saw the convergence of our different experiences in sales, technology, operations and innovation. The speed at which "AI" has changed the working landscape is stark, but we all felt that there remained a big gap between what was possible and what was actually happening inside organisations.
After experimenting with various AI solutions, focusing in particular on knowledge work, and speaking to a lot of law firms, we landed on four key insights:
1. A lot of the most valuable information in firms simply isn’t written down.
2. Time is money in the legal world. Voice interaction is three times quicker than typing into an email, form or database (activities which simply don't get done).
3. Extracting that information properly takes a level of expertise, it’s much more than just transcription - meaning scaling is hard.
4. And once it’s captured, it should be reusable across multiple workflows, you shouldn’t need to ask for it twice.
That’s why we’ve built Legal Engine, a team of voice-based AI Assistants that can swiftly capture what lawyers know and turn it into high-quality, multi-use content that drives growth.
